Office Survivor Mind Character traits short address

The Orga­ni­za­tion Today,requires from any director/manager (at var­i­ous lev­els) the   respon­si­bil­ity to orga­nize the work process and deci­sion mak­ing to opti­mally way reduce costs and max­i­mize the prof­its. There­fore, we are in “per­ma­nent war”- the orga­ni­za­tion is mon­i­tor­ing and inspect­ing  our man­age­ment ability’s every moment

To sur­vive in the orga­ni­za­tion there are sev­eral impor­tant char­ac­ter­is­tics:

1. orig­i­nal think­ing,
   
2. Far vision (step for­ward) of orga­ni­za­tional processes — polit­i­cal, finan­cial and oper­a­tion ones.
   
3. High office pol­i­tics ability-to per­form maneu­vers using your work­ers and other man­ager i other departments.

The Man­ager (in our office sur­vivor mean­ing) that develop the fea­tures above will be able to stand and suc­cess in ful­fill­ment the orga­ni­za­tion needs.

 
We live in con­stant press­ing envi­ron­ment. the work­ing place demands “imme­di­ate” and does not com­pro­mise on medium, so we need to exploit our own intel­lec­tual resource to sur­vive in this “hos­tile” envi­ron­ment  and bring the capa­bil­i­ties of think­ing ahead which our bosses requires from us , to art.

AS we wrote above, we can think of the orga­ni­za­tion some­times as a war zone,where there are artillery forces fight­ing with com­mando units. the office sur­vivor must use his wits to sur­vive in this hos­tile envi­ron­ment and use his office pol­i­tics resources to gain power and reach success.
