I need the compensation – tactic 3

Once again you came to the conclusion you need the compensation money, as you might have guts to pull acts as described earlier you don’t want to have a bad name.

Well there is another tactic you can use , but it’s all depends on you ‚most chances after doing this little act – you’ll probably have to change a little bit the positions you wish to work with.

Customers’ relationship, a strong meaning, everyone knows that in today’s world in order to survive you must have excellent customers’ relationship. When we observe the customers we notice there are 2 types, internal and external customers – for this article it doesn’t matter with whom you work as your attitude will change the day.

So what can you do with customers?

  • well you can let them know they are wrong, you can let them wait for an answer for an hour, you can be unprofessional with them, or anything that you do that will let the customer feels he is not getting the proper attention he deserve.
  • Another way is to let customers knows that other places are better or less expensive than yours. You can do that by letting them know others do the same work for less, or by letting them know that you are taking more because you are taking some on the side for your own benefits.

The Clothes make the person, and some places required a specific dress code (even if you don’t work frontally with customer). The dress code means to show unity at work, when you come wearing differently type of clothes you create antagonism at your boss part (sometimes even at your customers’ side– if you work directly with them).

Coming at work over and over again wearing other than the dress code will eventually cause your boss to let you go, as the clothes make the person that show what is the office all about. As

it doesn’t mater what you do but if you are going to play on the customers’ relationship influence, your boss will hear it very fast, as customers tend to complain when something doesn’t seems right to them.

The moment this happens you know that few minutes after the customer has left you’ll have a little (once again) chit-chat with your boss. This chat is to clear things up as you can say the customers didn’t understand you, but as you did it in order to get fired you don’t have to lie.

As this chat goes on and on, you slip out of your mouth the magic sentence “what can you do? Fire me?” the moment those words came out of your mouth it’s a matter of few seconds until you’ll hear what you want to hear, and that’s “you’re fired”.

Taking your compensation money is a tough job to do, but not if you are an office survivor and knows how to manipulate the office politics. To do so you have to remember one thing – hurt the most important thing to your office , and that’s the customers, as customers complains and tells other what they had to come up with , it gives your office a bad reputation.

the office at this time has 2 options keep you and get a bad name or let you go (by firing you) in order to save its name; at this point you could go with a smile … and with the compensation money.
