Lies your boss is filling you which are not true

Going to work from 9 till 17 is 80% employee wish. its not to lit­tle, a bit to big but can be tol­er­ate. you have lunch with your office friends in the mid­dle for a 30–45 min­utes, nice dis­cus­sion going on there. and then you go home.

The cur­rent state of the econ­omy in the last years has cre­ated a major changes. we all know that its man­agers mar­ket where they can decide to fire you and get some­one much cheaper. they know it and that make most peo­ple live in fear. and then they say the com­pany don’t earn well and you can read all about it in this article.

For the office sur­vivor –the mas­ter in office pol­i­tics , this sit­u­a­tion can pro­vide some good oppor­tu­ni­ties to lever­age him­self. one of the first thing employ­ees think they need to do , in bad eco­nomic sit­u­a­tion is to work extra hour just like the boss asked because –we are repeat­ing the phrase “the com­pany  don’t earn much, they don’t sell much, the mar­ket is hard, we need to cut bud­gets, salary, stay extra time at the office…”

B.T.W:

they don’t tell you they take their bonuses just like every year and that their salary wasn’t decreased. no they wont. they might have more risk on their head. indeed the board is check­ing their prof­its, but lets not feel sorry for them. 80% they just manip­u­lat­ing their employ­ees and get­ting more rev­enue. they might even say that the board made them decrease the salary and they didn’t wanted to do it– don’t belive them– 90% of times you will see in the next 6 months 5–6 new employ­ees com­ing — from which money you ask?by of course –YOURS. but in this case it mean that the com­pany don’t stand in front of bank­rupt which might  be a good thing after all.

Start lis­ten to the door­ways– you might start hear­ing your boss talk­ing real loud with other man­agers telling in loud voice of all kind of deals he made-2. 5 M$ there,1.8$ there also. how is is pos­si­ble if you just took 10% of my check?
