Get­ting a raise is a com­mon issue for all employ­ees out there.well, the first thing you need to know is that YOU DESERVE IT!. No mat­ter your per­for­mances in the last year, num­ber of faults you made in the office,you still deserve it. think­ing this way will get you the raise you need– yes YOU NEED.

Don’t say “want”/“hope” or any of these words. there is one thing : NEED.your girl­friend just bought an expen­sive cloth from your account– you need more money, and that mean you need more salary. your wife tells you she need to buy more stuff for your kids– you need more money. well the point is understood.
